As the mother of a ‘tween son with a seizure disorder who is also visually impaired and a daughter with a heart defect, I would like to tell you, things could not be simpler. Just love your child. The doctor appointments may get tedious and it may seem like there is no good news for a while, but hang in there, there will be a crecendo of a light when you least expect it, and it will be the most wonderful in the world.
